Escape Cano Reto Up TSI

(17/12/2015 15:28)Felipe Furlan Escreveu:  Olá pessoal, tenho um Cross Up TSI e acabo de retirar o silencioso e coloquei um cano reto no lugar, porém sem soldas, comprei uma outra luva igual ao que o carro vem equipado para unir a parte de traz do escapamento.

Em contato com a empresa fabricante do turbo que equipa o Up TSI, descobri que e existe uma pressão de ar negativa que a câmara quente do turbo precisa sofrer para que a turbina não comece a "passar óleo".

Pelo pesquisei, quem é responsável por essa tal "pressão negativa" é o catalizador que fica no downpipe logo após a turbina, e o silencioso não possui essa função de "segurar" os gases.

Quero saber se alguém sabe sobre o assunto e poderia contribuir para esse tópico. Meu objetivo abrindo o escapamento é apenas fazer um barulho, caso isso possa vir a danificar qq parte do motor ou a turbina, volto todo o esquema original sem pensar.

O barulho fica ANIMALESCO ! Tá lindo, e em regimes de baixa rotação com o vidro fechado o ruído é mínimo. Dá pra conviver tranquilo com o ronco.

Eu coloquei um amigo que tem uma preparadora pra andar, ele me orientou o seguinte:

Nas trocas de 1 pra 2 marcha, o ideal é ir afundando o pé gradualmente... justamente pra ele não entrar o TC e também devido ao fato de estar com a mistura pobre, tendo em vista que a vazão dos gases se torna maior sem o silencioso "segurando" ar ali.

O que você disse sobre o catalizador está corretíssimo segundo ele. E a dica é justamente pra ele não pipocar e render igual o original, é afundar o pé com cuidado que o torque se mantém o mesmo do original, porém com o ronco bacana.
